ABOUT ME

Mallory (she/her) danced ballet and lyrical for 10 years before a knee injury forced her to stop. While on a search for a new form of exercise she discovered Tantra Fitness and pole dancing in 2009. Mallory began teaching pole dance in 2015 and fell in love with being an instructor and helping others towards their goals. In 2018 Mallory gave birth and returned to pole and teaching shortly after. She hopes to help other pole mamas on their journey with the knowledge she gained from her own.


Pole dancing has not come easy to Mallory, but with hard work, determination and a focus on the journey she has seen her training flourish. Mallory looks to share her passion for pole dance, encourage others to embrace both the easy and difficult elements of pole, and celebrate every accomplishment. She believes that because every body is different, everyone has their own pole journey to explore.

Mallory practices on the ancestral and unceded territories of the xʷməθkʷəy̓əm (Musqueam), səlil̓wətaɁɬ (Tsleil-Waututh), and Sḵwx̱wú7mesh (Squamish) Nations.
