OFFERINGS
PRIVATE LESSONS
No matter your level of skill or experience, you’ll gain a lot from taking private lessons. I design each lesson I offer according to my students’ abilities, and make the necessary changes once I become more familiar with them. Along with in person lessons I can also offer online lessons via Zoom. Contact me to find out about availability. A waiver and Par-Q will need to be signed and I ask all private lesson clients to fill out a background information form.

Things I love to teach:
Beginner & Intermediate tricks
Leg Hangs & Hip Holds
Descending Inverts
Lyrical Dance & Pole Choreography or Sequences
Conditioning, on or off the pole, tailored to your goals
Flexibility, especially for those that flexibility challenging, let's make it accessible to you

If you a planning dynamic/power movement or are working on a competition piece where 2 poles are required then bookings must be done through Tantra Fitness and are subject to their pricing.
Tantra Fitness members are required to book through the studio.

It's important to remember when training at home or on your own at the studio to always warm up properly and never work on anything you do not feel comfortable doing on your own. Ensure you understand what you need to know first before attempting a harder trick or combo and if necessary have a friend or instructor spot you. Always train safe.
